1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 7fb ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing 7fb.asia, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the 7fb Platform following a published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a 7fb account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for gambling participation on 7fb is 21 years regardless of any lower legal age of majority that may apply in your jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold a player account.
• You must not reside in, or access 7fb from, any territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 7fb or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently in force on 7fb or any platform operated by 7fb's affiliates.

3 Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may hold only one active account on 7fb. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Opening more than one account — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances. To register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document.
• Date of birth, used to verify that you meet the 21+ age requirement.
• A valid personal email address that you own and regularly access.
• A mobile phone number registered in your name, used for account verification and security notifications.

7fb conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as a condition of processing any withdrawal. KYC may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the requested period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7fb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7fb does not charge its own fees on deposits or withdrawals, though individual payment processors may apply their own charges. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Key financial rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300. Withdrawal requests below ৳300 will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method previously used for a deposit by the same account holder. 7fb does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 7fb reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, including requesting documentary proof of identity, address, or source of funds.

Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be withdrawn subject to standard KYC verification. Funds derived from bonus activity are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. 7fb does not offer credit facilities — players may only wager funds already present in their account balance.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7fb offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other incentive schemes from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Bonus funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be played through before a withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• 7fb reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus funds already credited under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Sharing, selling, or transferring bonus credits to another player is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• 7fb may refuse to award a bonus, or reclaim a bonus already credited, if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games on 7fb operate according to their individual rules published within the game interface. The following platform-wide gameplay rules also apply to all players at all times:

• All slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator software. 7fb does not alter or pre-determine any game outcome. Results are final once the game round is completed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to the player's account. 7fb is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a postponed or abandoned event, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules published for that event.
• Maximum payout limits may apply to individual game rounds, single bets, and accumulated winnings within a 24-hour period. Specific limits are displayed within the game or betting interface. 7fb is not obliged to pay winnings above the published maximum payout limit for any game or market.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7fb Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use 7fb accounts to process proceeds of illegal activity. 7fb complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
• Collusion between players, including sharing cards or game-state information in live casino games, coordinating bets to exploit promotions, or any form of team play designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to interact with the 7fb Platform in a non-human manner. All sessions on 7fb must be conducted by the account holder in person.
• Exploitation of software errors, miscalculated odds, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error will be voided. 7fb must be notified immediately upon discovery of any apparent error.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC verification process, including impersonating another person or using forged identity documents.

8 Responsible Gaming

7fb is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Online casino and sports betting are forms of entertainment — not a reliable source of income and should never be used to address financial hardship. 7fb provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible through your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 7fb account.
• Session time-out: temporarily lock your account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: permanently close your account. A self-exclusion request is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months and results in removal of all promotional communications from 7fb.
• Reality checks: enable periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net win/loss position during active play, helping you stay in control of your time and spending.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7fb Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation of all content — is the property of 7fb or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on the 7fb Platform without prior written consent from 7fb. Scraping, data mining, or any automated collection of data from the Platform is expressly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7fb, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 7fb Platform, even where 7fb has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond 7fb's reasonable control, including power outages, internet service provider failures, government actions, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of any game, betting market, or other feature on the 7fb Platform, regardless of the theory of liability applied.

11 Amendments to These Terms

7fb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 7fb will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The date shown at the top of these Terms indicates when the current version was last updated. Your continued use of the 7fb Platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure by contacting our support team.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 7fb Platform shall first be submitted to 7fb's customer support team for resolution. 7fb aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the parties agree to pursue resolution through the appropriate legal mechanisms available under applicable law.
